The magician commands a young lady to recline on a low couch. He covers her with a cloth. Slowly her cloth shrouded figure rises from the couch until she is apparently floating in mid-air, well above the magician's head. The magician gestures and the shrouded body obeys his command, the figure floating down until she is suspended just inches from the magician's outstretched fingers. The magician walks toward the audience with the shrouded body seemingly clinging to his fingertips. As he reaches the footlights he brings his hands together and the girl vanishes into thin air, leaving the magician holding nothing but a small bundle of silken cloth. Our Asrah method employs a special European version of the Asrah form. This form folds to a super small size. It packs about 12" by 6" by 6" and takes only seconds to reset. Light Fantastic is an absolutely amazing illusion. Four brightly lit showcase bulbs penetrate the body of a spectator from the audience. The penetration is eerie and absolutely convincing. Even close-up, the effect seems completely impossible. The magician places a lightweight stock around the waist of his assistant or a spectator from the audience (Note: There are no wires or electrical connections attached to the stock!). The magician then picks up a handle unit that has four long showcase bulbs mounted on it. He switches on the bulbs, which glow brightly. As the audience watches in amazement, he proceeds to push the four bulbs through his victim until they emerge lit from the other side of the body. A spectator from the audience is asked to recline upon a board, which is resting on two chairs. A handsome stock is now introduced and locked around the spectator's waist. The stock is equipped with slots on each side to hold pine wood strips. A large bow saw is displayed by the magician, who then uses the saw to cut through the spectator and the wooden strips! After the magician has sawn completely through the spectator, he removes the stock, and when the spectator rises it is seen that the bow saw completely encircled the spectator's waist!
